Permanent Makeup for Eyebrows
Add shape, fullness and colour to your eyebrows with eyebrow tattooing and microblading. Transform thin, pale or over-plucked brows with individual and blended hair stroke brows. Tattooing each strand of hair creates natural looking permanent eyebrows, following the hairline or filling empty spots on the eyebrows. Permanent makeup eyebrows will enhance your natural beauty, for a finished and elegant look.

Microblading Eyebrows
Microblading is a permanent makeup technique that uses a very precise blade to implant pigment into the skin. Hundreds of individual and expertly placed strokes mimic the beauty of full, natural eyebrows. The result will like you were born with perfectly gorgeous eyebrows. Color retention can last up to 3 years.

Microblading + Shading
Also called “microblading fusion”, these two combined techniques use individual strokes from microblading combined with a layer of ombre shading to create a fuller look. Shading uses machine permanent makeup with a very fine needle to create soft natural shading on top of the microblading. This option is an excellent choice for those who don’t want to add pencil/powder makeup.

Ombre Technique
Ombre uses a very fine tattooing needle to create a subtle gradient look from light to dark. It’s perfect for those who already have a fair amount of natural eyebrows but enjoy the elegance of a soft makeup look. It’s like having powder makeup but expertly done and always perfect.

Powder Brow Technique
The Powder Brows technique uses a machine to create a more intense shaded eyebrows. The result is a darker but soft and neatly applied makeup look. This technique is suitable for those who prefer a more made up look and for those who have a darker complexion.

Microblading & Permanent Makeup FAQ
What preparations should I take before my microblading appointment?
Is microblading painful?
What is the healing process?
Microblading is not particularly invasive and the healing process is generally quick and easy. Proper aftercare instructions will also be given for at home-care.Â
After 4 to 7 days the outer layer of the skin/epidermal layer will start to peel. At this time the pigment will look lighter than the initial colour due to the colour that is underneath the skin layer. During this stage, skin continues to complete its regeneration phase.

How long will microblading last?
How long does the procedure take?
How can I maintain better colour retention?
Avoid direct sun exposure and always apply sunscreen. For those with darker eyebrows, sun exposure may cause colour shifting that can make the pigment darker.
If you apply lotion such as retinol as part of your daily routine skin care, it may fade the eyebrows as it is an exfoliation lotion, in this case, avoid the eyebrows.Â
Is there any way to prevent fading?
Nothing can avoid the process of fading. As we are dealing with living skin cells, nothing is permanent. Although it is called permanent make-up, it is actually more semi-permanent. Our immune system constantly breaks down the pigment particles into smaller particles , the remnants of which are eventually digested by our macrophage system. If a client chooses not to come back for a touchup, eventually there will be no colour/pigment left.
As noted above, you can steps to prolong the look of your new eyebrows and can always come back for a touchup.
Can Microblading be done on oily skin types?
Clients with excessively oily skin may not be a good candidates for microblading. The procedure can still be done but may require more frequent booster touch-ups. Adding a combination with shading that will add more pigment to the skin will result in better colour retention.
We can advise you more accurately at the time of consultation.
Is it possible to have microblading/permanent makeup removed ?
Yes, it is possible. However, it may take 2 to 6 sessions for removal, depending on the size, colour, and the age of the tattoo.
Laser tattoo removal works by using energy with various wavelengths to break down pigment particles into smaller remnants, allowing our immune system to more easily remove them.
Laser tattoo removal work best with blue, dark grey or orange pigments.
Another procedure that utilizes Glycolic Acid to bind with the pigment under the epidermis, breaking down the particles and lifting old pigment out of the skin.
Glycolic Acid (also known as the PhiRemoval Technique, can be used to remove any color.
Both laser tattoo removal and PhiRemoval procedures may need more than one session. We can advise you during a consultation as to which procedure is right for you.
